The former brewery has over 1 million square feet of future leasable space, located in the heart of Tumwater, adjacent to the Deschutes River, and with signature visibility from the I-5 corridor. The site presents opportunities for historic preservation, cultural endowment, environmental sensitivity and mitigation, river restoration, recreational opportunities, and economic development.
